Robin’s sister Nancy and her husband Joe are visiting from Canada and on a beautiful spring Saturday morning we made the trip to Keukenhof, the international and independent showcase of the Dutch floricultural industry, emphasizing flowering bulbs. We arrived early and had a chance to take a leisurely walk around the grounds. We were a bit early as about 20% of the flowers had not yet bloomed, but the 18 degrees C weather was more than sufficient for Nancy and Joe escaping the Ontario winter of 2014.
