I finally unpacked my Santos Travelmaster touring bike after our move from the Netherlands and was itching to get it on the road here in Ontario. On a hot July afternoon, I decided to cycle out to Sparta and record my ride with my GoPro. I am currently in learning mode with the GoPro and decided to shoot a time-lapse photo set of the ride. Here’s the end result:
The settings I used to record were:
Camera: GoPro Hero 5 Black
Mode: Time Lapse Photo
Interval: 1 Photo / 5 Seconds
Image Size: 12 MP Wide
Color: GoPro Color
ISO Min: 400
ISO Max: 400
EV Comp: 0
Sharpness: Low
The lead picture is one of the photos from the time lapse, exported to Lightroom for cropping and some adjustment of the colors.
I had lots of room on the memory card for additional shots, but I forgot to bring my backup battery. The battery lasted about 90 minutes so the last 30 minutes of my ride were dropped.
